We are looking for a skilled Hardware Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware systems and related equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling hardware components, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, printers, networking devices, and other IT equipment. You will handle hardware installation, repair, upgrading, and regular maintenance at office or client locations.
The role requires basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, operating systems, and peripheral devices. The candidate should be able to identify and resolve hardware faults quickly, replace defective components, and provide technical support when needed. Knowledge of system formatting, driver installation, and cable management will be an added advantage. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.

- Responsibilities
◉ Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware systems and peripherals
◉ Assemble and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices
◉ Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues efficiently
◉ Perform regular maintenance and system upgrades
◉ Install operating systems, drivers, and essential software
◉ Handle cable management and hardware component replacement
◉ Support CCTV, router, switch, and basic networking setup when required
◉ Test systems and ensure proper performance before delivery or deployment
◉ Maintain records of repairs, installations, and technical support activities
◉ Provide on-site or remote technical support to clients and team members
- Requirements
◉ Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking
◉ Familiarity with desktops, laptops, printers, routers, and peripheral devices
◉ Ability to troubleshoot hardware and system-related problems
◉ Understanding of OS installation, formatting, and driver configuration
◉ Knowledge of LAN setup, cable laying, and system integration is preferred
◉ Good communication and problem-solving skills
◉ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
◉ Willingness to travel to client locations if required
◉ Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Hardware, IT, Electronics, or related field preferred
